I am the founding member of the company but started mowing lawns for money when I was twelve years old and I have been part of the green industry ever since. I attended Fort Hunt High School and Delaware Valley College of Science and Agriculture. I have continued higher education for the past 20 years and practice new techniques and philosophies.

COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL MANAGER

I immigrated to the United States in 1999 from El Salvador and enrolled at TC Williams High School. I have over twenty years experience in the landscape industry and have been with T&C since 2013. In 2016 I became a naturalized citizen of this great nation that has given me such great opportunity. Together my wife and I have one daughter and live in the Woodbridge area.

I am from El Salvador and the mom of two teenagers. In my spare time I enjoy planting and cooking for my family on the weekends. I am the company bookkeeper and enjoy balancing the numbers. I love working for Town and Country, they are like my family.

OFFICE MANAGER

I grew up in Northern Virginia and attended Edison HS. I began with Town & Country in 2012 as a Receptionist/Assistant and later was promoted to Office Manager in 2017 and bring over 9 years of administrative experience and work together with our landscape and maintenance team to ensure the job is completed successfully. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children; and cooking and baking for my family.
